While small packaging damages are rarely occuring, the parcels are received without blemish and equipments work properly. However, since we cannot garanty all stakeholders involved in your order. 8b. as consequence of 8a, we do not refund or exchange the goods that are already shipped. However, you may cancel order before we prepare your equipments for a test video within 48 hours of checkout.
