As of present, we ship to the following African countries: Ghana, Kenya, Angola, Tanzania, Angola, Cameroun, Madagascar, Morocco, South Africa. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the destination, size, and weight of the order. Rates will be calculated and integrated to your proforma. We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while ensuring timely delivery.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer door-to-door delivery wherever possible, ensuring that your products are delivered directly to your location for maximum convenience. If door-to-door delivery isn’t available in your area, you will be notified, and you can choose to pick up your order from a nearby address or a designated location in the nearest city.

We partner with reputable global and local carriers to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but we generally estimate shipping by air to take between 5-25 business days and by sea between 25 to 60 business days [depending on the country of destination].

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. We calculate these charges and integrates them to your proforma> However we do not mention shipping and custom in details in your invoice. We ship your goods without you worring about the process of customs and you receive them customs cleared at your door or at a designated address in the nearest city we can serve.

6. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-10 business days depending on the volume of current orders. After you request an estimate via our PROFORMA FORM, you will receive a proforma invoice. After you notify us that you accept the proforma, we will send you a personnalised secure payment link to pay for your order. Before your order is shipped, we will send you the machine video test and the packaging picture for you to see the conformity of goods. When we receive your approval [within 72hours], we ship your order and communicate with you the tracking information , approximative date of reception, the address of reception if not door-to-door delivery. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.
